All items are made to order. You can expect your products two weeks to a month from the time that you place your order.

Warranty/Returns

Our main goal at New Life Leatherworks is to create quality handmade leather goods that last. With that being said, we provide a lifetime warranty on our products. If any part of our products fails under normal usage, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will fix it free of charge. If you do not feel that the craftsmanship is up to your standards, please contact us to return it within 30 days of receiving the item. We are not responsible for any returns that get lost in the mail.
